This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use ADsShip, including our web application and related APIs (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Who this applies to
ADsShip is a B2B advertising orchestration tool used by operators and agencies to connect ad-platform manager accounts (for example Google Ads MCC, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and TikTok Business Center) and manage brand campaigns under those hubs.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account and workspace data — names, emails, workspace identifiers, brand profiles, and related configuration you enter into ADsShip.
- Platform connection data — OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, manager/business account IDs, and connection status needed to act on your behalf with advertising platforms.
- Advertising and campaign data — campaign settings, creatives you upload or generate, budgets, targeting inputs, launch configs, and performance metrics returned by ad platforms (such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions).
- AI generation inputs/outputs — prompts, brand guidance, and generated copy or creative assets when you use AI features.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Authenticate platform connections and create or manage ad accounts and campaigns under your manager hubs
- Generate creatives, recommendations, and orchestration workflows
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate about Service status, security, or required notices
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected ad account data to build advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Advertising platforms you connect (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and others you authorize) so we can perform the actions you request
- Infrastructure and AI providers that host or process Service data on our behalf (for example cloud hosting and model providers used for creative generation), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this policy or equivalent protections
Brand end customers generally do not authenticate directly to ad platforms through ADsShip; operators connect manager hubs. Platform policies of Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and other networks also apply to data processed through those APIs.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service may use essential cookies or local storage for session continuity, preferences, and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the ADsShip product UI for cross-site tracking.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain platform connections you keep active, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of workspace data subject to technical limits and legal retention needs. Disconnecting a platform connection stops further use of that connection’s tokens; residual logs may remain for a limited period.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS in production and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please protect your credentials and limit access to your workspace.
8. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also disconnect platform OAuth connections from ADsShip and revoke access in the relevant platform’s security settings.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Third-party services
Linked platforms and providers have their own privacy policies. Review those policies for how they handle data after you authorize ADsShip or when you use AI generation features.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
